MDF Distributes Vegetable Packs to Partner Communities
In this time of the COVID-19 pandemic, Muntinlupa Development Foundation (MDF) partnered with the Foundation for the Development of the Urban Poor (FDUP) in a relief operation where 645 families from nine (9) communities in Muntinlupa City received vegetable packs last April 22. Six (6) of these communities are MDF’s housing partners while the three (3) are the foundation’s feeding sites. The Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP), Bayanihan Musikahan, and Standard Chartered Bank sponsored this endeavor.
MDF was able to extend vegetable packs to Barangay Tunasan for 75 families from Kilusang Kapitbahayan sa Kanluran ng Tunasan HOA, Inc., 68 families from Villa Arandia Homeowners Association Inc, 27 families from Samahang Magkakapitbahay ng Purok 6 Tunasan, 243 families from Planasville Homeowners Association Inc, 31 families from Sikatville; to Barangay Poblacion for 32 families from Bukal Homeowners Association Inc., 116 families from Kapitbahayan ng Purok Pag-asa Inc., 25 families from Southville; and to Barangay Putatan for 28 families from Santos Compound.
MDF stays true to its legacy to help the underprivileged communities of Muntinlupa.
